Patrick Blandin began his career after working as a young student in the wine and vine sector.
He studied wine tasting at the EPMTTH of Paris, among the best sommeliers of Paris and the world such as Alain Gianotti, Philippe Faure-Brac, and Olivier Poussier.
Once Patrick's Sommelier diploma was acquired and to have been finalist in the Competition of the Best Young Sommelier of France ; He leaves to Bordeaux and Sancerre during 5 years of apprenticeship, learning among the best Schools and with renowned professionals.
After graduating of several diplomas in viticulture, oenology and quality ; He perfected his training in Oenology by obtaining his Oenologist's National Diploma (master of Oenology) in Burgundy.
During those years, he worked in the South of France (Languedoc) with Julien Zernott and in Burgundy. Then go abroad to work as a Winemaker and Consultant in Turkey, Australia, China and Bhutan.
Upon his return in France and after managing an estate in terms of technical ; he decided to finish his training in Quality by obtaining a Master's degree QHSE Management and by working in this business sector for several years.
During those years, he created Evos France, woked as Consultant for La Villa des Chefs (with several Michelin Starred Chefs) and for companies in the Agrifood industry, such as Décors et Créations.
In 2014, he moved to Canada where he has worked as Vineyard Manager for Chaberton Estate Winery and set up the company Evos Consulting.
